In 2026, we renewed our visual identity and adopted DEBA Cold Forming as our new trade name. An evolution that reflects our specialization, experience and technological capabilities, while preserving the essence of a company with more than a century of history.
In 2025 we are committed to Elora PLM. This platform allows us to manage the product digitally across the organization, from the initial offer to design and final manufacturing.
In 2024, we implement shop-floor data capture using Mitutoyo’s Measurlink software, allowing us to control, analyze, and ensure full traceability of all measurements taken by operators on each machine, guaranteeing the quality and precision of the production process.
In 2014 we began to transform our business model, a process which is on-going, and whose objective is to orient ourselves towards high added value customers. In 1993 we became an employee-owned company, a transformation which was not uncommon at the time. Since then, Tornillería DEBA Fasteners has worked as traditional company in the nuts and bolts sector, developing steadily.
Set up in 1920, we began by developing and manufacturing technical cold stamping fastening parts. During the ’80s we redirected our company strategy towards the design and manufacture of specialist parts for the car sector and industry in general, adjusting our teams and installing new machinery.
